Event Booking Terms

These terms apply to all event bookings made with us.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received full payment.

Cancellation By You

Should you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply. Cancellations must be received in writing.

  • More than 30 days before the event: We will refund your payment, less an administration fee.
  • Between 30 and 8 days before the event: We will refund 50% of your total booking fee.
  • Within 7 days of the event: No refund will be given.

If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute delegate at no extra cost. Please notify us of the substitute’s details prior to the event.

Cancellation By Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. If an event is cancelled, we will offer a full refund of the registration fee. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Programme Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, including the speakers and topics, at any time.

Content Usage

By attending an event, you acknowledge that the event content is our valuable intellectual property. You agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute any of the content presented at the event without our prior written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, audio/video recording, photography of slides, and sharing of printed or digital materials provided to delegates.

Liability

Views expressed by event speakers are their own. We cannot accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any material provided to delegates.
